County of Fortune gog: Buy or Vote Status Explained

County of Fortune cannot be bought on GOG as of 2026-11-02, but it does have a page on the GOG Dreamlist where you can vote to bring it to the store. The Dreamlist entry — added by a user, not the developer — listed 107 votes on that date, and voting is described by GOG as the first step toward bringing a game to GOG and preserving it through its Game Preservation Program.

What you can and cannot do on GOG

There is no GOG store page for County of Fortune, so there is nothing to purchase, no price, and no standard wishlist button there. What exists is a GOG Dreamlist entry for the game by Nepos Games. On that page you can:

1. Open the Dreamlist page

Search "County of Fortune" in the GOG Dreamlist or go to the entry directly.

2. Sign in to GOG

Voting requires a GOG account; the vote button appears once you are logged in.

3. Cast your vote

Click the vote control to add your vote toward a potential GOG release.

Keep in mind that a Dreamlist entry is a community submission — GOG's own listing pages note that voting is only the first step, and a listing being on the Dreamlist does not mean Nepos Games or Aquila Interactive have announced a GOG release.

Where the game can actually be bought

The game's official home is Steam, where County of Fortune releases into Early Access on November 5, 2026, for Windows and Linux. Until launch you can wishlist it there and be notified when it unlocks. A free Steam demo is available, and developer Nepos Games has said demo progress carries over into the purchased game.

Third-party marketplace G2A also lists County of Fortune, but every offer on its price-comparison page is a Steam key, gift, or account — all showing out of stock as of the page's last update. No GOG keys appear there either, which matches the absence of a GOG store version.

If GOG distribution matters to you, the vote on the Dreamlist is currently the only direct way to express that.
